At the University of Southern California, NextGen PreMed mentors, tutors, and connects college students with high school students who aspire to become doctors. USC students mentor underserved high schoolers in the greater Los Angeles area, helping them navigate academics, extracurriculars, and the path to a career in medicine. The program empowers the next generation to pursue their dreams while helping college mentors build leadership, communication, and service skills.
