At the University of California, Riverside, NextGen PreMed supports high school students who aspire to careers in medicine through mentorship, tutoring, and connection with college mentors. UCR students serve underserved high schoolers across the greater Riverside and Inland Empire area, offering guidance in academics, extracurricular development, and the college and premed pathway. By investing in future physicians, the chapter creates meaningful impact in the community while helping college mentors grow as leaders, communicators, and advocates.
